Recording from the September 3, 2020, Pulse Corridor Plan Implementation Phase III Rezoning Public Forum. In 2017, Richmond City Council adopted the Pulse Corridor Plan, which makes land use and zoning suggestions alongside the Pulse Bus Rapid Transit hall in Richmond City. The City of Richmond is implementing the plan by rezoning round station areas, as advisable by the Pulse Plan. The Phase III of implementation of the Pulse Corridor Plan is to rezone the areas surrounding the Science Museum, Allison Street and VCU&VUU Pulse BRT stations. The Department of Planning and Development Review hosted this public discussion board to evaluate the Pulse Corridor Plan suggestions and the rezoning proposal with the group, reply questions, and obtain feedback.
