Ninty-five-year-old retired Army Colonel Porcher Taylor Jr., one of many well-known Tuskegee Airmen, who’s now residing in Petersburg, acquired the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Howard Baugh Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Incorporated.
